Strawberry Creamed Honey

To begin the creation process of this unique seasonal honey, we dry and grind locally grown strawberries to create strawberry powder. Then we cook fresh strawberries, simmering to reduce the juice and adding our strawberry powder to create a paste. This is then mixed with honey. 

It is delicious on toast or drizzled over ice cream. Use it in a vinaigrette or fruit or herbal tea.
