Pork Schnitzel "Parm" - with Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese, Spaghetti Agile Olio and a Garlicky Kale Salad

We are cheating here and using our famous Stone Crock Meats and Cheese pork schnitzel to make quick work of a classic Italian dish: chicken parmesan!

Not only does it have a certain Waterloo Region appeal to it but it’s also succulent, rich and the perfect foil to the raw garlic kick provided by the spaghetti aglio olio and balanced nicely by the raw kale salad.
