We are excited that you chose to join us and we genuinely want to make your experience as enjoyable as can be, to that end let us share some of the best ways to take it all in.
All our charcuterie is either made in house, by our incredible culinary team, lead by Head Butcher Spencer Vella and Executive Chef Loreena Miller, or sourced locally from vendors we are proud to showcase. We have a few chef curated boards, served in such a way that highlights exceptional quality products, separating us from your everyday charcuterie bar. No piles of grapes, out of season melon or dry frozen bread, just artisanal meats and cheese.
Looking to create your own adventure? We offer an extensive à la carte selection of meats, cheese and accoutrements for those who prefer to chart their own path. Our breads are made in house, along with our pickles, mustards, bibs and bobs, because that’s the Fat Sparrow way!
To accompany your bites, you’ll need some sips! Enjoy a robust selection of wines, beers and bubbles to satisfy any thirst. All of this can of course be a little daunting, our team is here to help you navigate our menu and have put together a list of their current favourites. A handful of wine flights that change over time will give you a chance to try a spectrum of flavours. All of our bottles are available for purchase to take home at our feature bottle shop price.
We carry a modest selection of spirits that will grow as we evolve. The classic Negroni is our feature libation perfect as an aperitif or an after dinner drink and also available as a mocktail using Lyre's crafted dry spirits.
